Season 2011

Markus is racing in the new Blancpain Endurance Series in Belgian Marc VDS Racing Team's Ford GT with Maxime Martin and Bas Leinders. The BES consists of four 3-hour races at Monza, Navarra, Silverstone and Magny-Course and the legendary 24 Hours of Spa.

In addition to his Marc VDS duties, Markus is teaming up again after a 5-year break with Finnish veteran Pertti Kuismanen driving the Kuismanen Competition Ford GT in the Belcar Endurance Championship. 

On top of the above, Markus will make some appearances in top-notch sports car championship races around the world and continues his coaching activities in Finland and central Europe.
